Time Change for May 14th ride

Hopefully the last one that I feel needs to move.  For those riders leaving earlier and to make sure that the ears are still attached when arriving at the water tower moved the ride to 9 am.

The post is Richer, so a 70 km ride (depending on route) is in the cards.  The wind is to be from the NNE @ 25 km/hr.  The ride home should be a good one.

Just a middle-aged man whose blood pressure and cholesterol were out of wack and needed a tuneup, bad. Then I rekindled my love for riding a bike -- just the simple act of turning the cranks. What happened next is I met a lot of neat people who are as nuts as I am. Ride on.

  1. Appreciate the time change Jac. Doin the midnight shift tonight so the extra hour will be of good use. C u at 9

  2. I trust the ride went well this cool start am. Got home last night (early am) and thought life is too short to cycle in mid may with -1 windchill so planned to do a inside run/bike session and use the extra time to finish yard work before holidays next 2 weeks. Well just when the MIT ride was starting, got a call from my store saying the Prescription Server is down and not responding. Zipped to the store and 2 hours later we were up and running albeit many Rxs behind in our Sat am work. Turns out that IT support was giving the wrong startup instructions to reboot the server (shoulda been 1 quick press of white button vs hold down white button … whoulda known altho thru my persistence got the system up and running as our IBM IT guy in WPG was frantically searching for a replacement server) Whats the reason to mention all of this … Our Creator knew what was coming and prepped me for the need. Love that!
