Looking for a way to spend time with someone physically infirm while getting some personal exercise? Well, the Winkler personal care home apparently has the answer. They have purchased two of these units for visitors to take residents out for a spin around town. The front wheelchair unit can be unhooked and operated independently. Pretty cool. Maybe we should start an MIT endowment fund that would ensure these units are available when we hit the PCH. Then we could make our kids ride us out to Richer for breakfast even after we can’t remember how to ride or the way home! Alex, if my kids won’t do it, I’m counting on you.
