Don’t Be A Sore-Ass!

Helmut and I had a great ride today from Niverville to Winnipeg and back via St. Mary’s Rd. and Red River Drive. It was a beautiful day and the wind pushed us all the way home. We got to the third last corner before my house in Niverville and I took a corner too sharply and caught my right pedal which flipped my bike and me over on the right bounce house for sale side and down I went on my hip and elbow. Ouch! I don’t think I’ve ever hit so hard. Here are some pictures to enhance the experience! I don’t think anything is broken, but there’s always hope!

This is what road rash looks like.

About McShorty

He started out riding trails on his CT 26" mountain bike eventually moving to a real mountain bike and added road riding to his menu over the last few years. He would like to scale the barricades put before him at times, but hasn't always succeeded!

  1. Ouch indeed! Still thinkin’ you’re 20 years old, huh taking the corners like some sort of racer.

  2. This is NOT a PORN site, PLEASE do not post pictures of your scarred up old ass!!

  3. Wow, you actually flipped?! I did that with my fixie the other day but fortunately the pedal just got sheared off on the bottom. I wondered if I could actually flip…now I (you) know. Hope you heal soon.

I slipped off my pedal the other day and now it feels like I cracked my rib. After three days, I’m still having trouble breathing. Maybe we all need to take up playing cribbage on Saturday morning?
